What counts as a conversation?
A single unique thread with a customer, no matter how many messages it contains. A conversation lasts until it's closed; reopening it doesn't count as new.
Do you charge for AI agents?
No. AI agents are included on every plan. An agent handling your whole inbox doesn't change your bill — we only charge for conversations with customers.
What happens when I exceed free-tier limits?
New inbound conversations are soft-gated with an upgrade prompt. Existing threads keep working so nobody's mid-conversation gets dropped.
